1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed lt. brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margerine, softened
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour

Heat oven to 375*. Mix sugars, butter, eggs, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Stir in flour. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake 9 to 10 minutes until light brown. Let cool 2 minutes then remove frome cookie sheet and hide from the kids!

well-I am abit confused-I wanted to make these today but I wont now-I don't know which amount is correct-1 stick of butter or 1 cup-2 sticks equal 1 cup and that can make a huge difference and I don't want to waste these ingredients-hopefully someone will update this soon-its just a shame that it is not correct...

Sorry about the typo. You are right it is 2 sticks not one, thank you for letting me know. I corrected the recipe.
